Shipping, Confirmation, & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

The tracking number will typically become active within 48 hours after the email is sent.

If you have not received an update on your order tracking within 7 business days, please contact us immediately.

Please be aware that there may be extenuating circumstances causing your order to be delayed beyond the expected delivery date due to factors beyond our control.

Keep in mind that the expected delivery date is an estimate based on data across all orders and should not be seen as a guarantee.

Shipping times for each product are listed on the relevant product page. Note that these times are estimates and do not guarantee the arrival date of your order.

Damages

Legacy Prints is committed to ensuring that your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive your order damaged during the shipping process, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receipt.

We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged items.

Lost or Stolen Orders: Legacy Prints does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier. We do not reimburse or replace items confirmed delivered by the courier and reported as lost or stolen.

In certain cases, at our discretion, we may provide assistance to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Legacy Prints is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realise there is an error in the address after placing your order, please contact us immediately to attempt an address change before the order is shipped.

While we cannot guarantee the change can be made, the sooner you inform us, the more likely it is that we can accommodate the correction.
